Evolution Swim Instructors

Training the right people leads to great results!

Evolution Swim Instructors
The proper hiring and training of our staff has become one of the single most influential reasons that we have been successful.  We take pride in hand selecting great people, with clean backgrounds and a love for the water and children.  Our training curriculum consists of 30 hours of both dry land and in the water training.  We believe that proper training and fair compensation is the right combination for instructor retention and low turnover.

When questioned, our parents responded that instructor turnover was one of the major factors that caused them to look elsewhere for learn-to-swim lessons.  For this reason, we invest a hearty amount of our resources on instructor training and making sure that our instructors are prepared, aware and conscious of the fact that our families expect nothing less than great results.

Whether it’s parent & me lessons, the back float, swimming to safety, learning the four basic strokes or perfecting a flip turn, it is our instructors’ responsibility to provide results and assist in your child’s aquatic success.

Part of our professionalism is displayed in the attire that our instructors wear.  It is easy to pick our instructors out as team uniform requires them to wear pink or blue rash guards.
