Thank you for your interest in the Nellie Gail Gators Swim Team.

The Nellie Gail Gators program is dedicated to providing all of our swimmers with an opportunity to develop lifelong skills including teamwork, discipline and sportsmanship.

The Nellie Gail Gators allows our swim school and swim camp families the opportunity to participate on a competitive, year round swim team. The coaches are all certified by United States Swimming and are ready to coach your swimmer through the various levels on our swim team.

The Nellie Gail Gators offer year-round swimming opportunities for all levels of swimming from beginner to elite, ages 5 and above. The competitive year started in September but it’s never to late to join. The Nellie Gail Gators also offer the following seasonal/year round activities:

Nellie Gail Gators Summer Swim Team

Season Starts: May 20, 2013

Time: 3:30-4:30PM (school season) 10:00-11:00AM (summer months-Starts June 24th)

Attire Required: Each swimmer will be required to purchase a team swimsuit, swim cap and t-shirt for dual meets. The cost for this package will be $65.00.

Skills Required: All swimmers will need to swim the length of the pool with uninterrupted freestyle while side breathing. Swimmers are not allowed to stop until they reach the other end of the pool to qualify.

Program Info: The summer swim team will start their spring conditioning on May 20th. During the school year, swimmers will workout from 3:30-4:30PM at the Nellie Gail Tennis & Swim Club and San Juan Hills High School. Once the summer starts (June 24, 2013) swimmers will workout from 10:00-11:00AM at both locations. The workouts are Monday-Thursday and we will be participating in at least 4 summer swim meets. The summer swim team will come to an end on August 8^th. On August 8^th, we will offer a shorter than normal workout and a team breakfast. All families will get information pertaining to the year-round swim team.

Cost: Summer swim team will cost $300.00 (12 weeks of swimming) plus a $38.00 United States Swimming registration fee.

Pro Rate: Cost per swimmer depending on start date:

May 20, 2013: $300.00

May 27, 2013: $275.00

June 3, 2013: $250.00 (no workout on July 4th)

June 10, 2013: $225.00

June 17, 2013: $200.00

June 24, 2013: $175.00

July 1, 2013: $150.00

July 8, 2013: $125.00

July 15, 2013: $100.00

July 22, 2013: $75.00
